The Candle to Monty The Penguin

For some the candle is going out while for others the candle still burns

Hope and memories are the candles of this edition

The Candle (poem)

Now that the candle has almost gone out
Is there some hope behind this empty doubt
To tell my dreams just what it was about
Which now welcomes tears to a heart devout
Remember the days when clouds drifted by
From troublesome rain warm hugs kept us dry
And all which we knew on love would rely
As each endless moment kisses apply
Our lights toward tomorrow never went out
There wasn’t a tear concern couldn’t dry
A haven on which our Joy could rely
A picture a thought of a love devout
What caused those people to join by and by
Was there a heartbeat which started a doubt
What sadness arranged this dark turn-about
Was there some need which I couldn’t apply
So here I sit with these echoes devout
Lost in memories which tear me about
While somewhere out there she faces her doubt
Now that the candle has almost gone out

I was lucky to find Falling Up "The Candle Was Gone"

Walt Disney was afraid of mice. Take that Mickey. Speaking of mice or rather penguins, Monty the penguin is coming. Monty is a cute stuffed penguin toy created by John Lewis. John Lewis is a chain of upscale department stores operating throughout Great Britain. The chain is owned by the John Lewis Partnership. The first John Lewis store was opened in 1864 in Oxford Street, London. John Lewis is well noted for their Christmas ads. But no one had any idea how wild this viral video would be received. The video has passed 10 million hits and is't slowing down. It is expected (even now) that Monty and his sweetheart Mabel will sell out way before Christmas.
The commercial tells the story about a boy and his stuffed animal penguin friend named... well watch "John Lewis Christmas Advert 2014 - #MontyThePenguin"
