The Door to Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens

From a familiar door to the continuation of a legend

Hopefully this edition will cause us to think as we are swept in the waves of the unknown

The Door (poem)

I feel its presence there beyond the door
A menacing unknown is after me
A something silent which won’t let me be
So in my room I find myself once more
-
It’s there my heartbeat presses constantly
I feel its shadow passing on the floor
Lost dreams within my soul begin to sore
As seconds pass into eternity
-
What evil holds me captive in my cell
What tortured terror lurks beyond my night
What mask of fear refuses to let go
-
Again a distant voice begins to swell
What hidden past has brought about this plight
If I don’t face my door I’ll never know

While we are thinking this verse through, here's Sebastian Larsson "Into The Dark"

And now

More than 1,000 different languages are spoken on the continent of Africa. Movie makers of Star Wars have their work cut out. Speaking of Star Wars, with 24 million hits in 1 day (and rapidly growing), I would be remiss not to make the official teaser trailer for "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens" available here. (Plus, I am a fan.) This episode is a continuation of the saga created by George Lucas set 30 years after Star Wars: Episode VI - Return of the Jedi (1983). After The Walt Disney Company acquired Lucasfilm in 2012, plans for a third Star Wars trilogy were announced. The Force Awakens will be the first film to be made since the acquisition and the first of the planned trilogy. This teaser is the first off many film and story teasers planned till the December 18, 2015 release date.
Now join the millions caught in the wave of "Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens Official Teaser Trailer #1"

The Flower And The Tree to Honesty Test

A tender story if memories leads to a hidden truth

It is hoped that this edition will strengthen our ties with goodness and hope

The Flower And The Tree (poem)

A flower returned to a tree
Since moonlights of being away
Was here where it once use to play
Was here where it now yearned to be
-
The tree had grown mighty and tall
Its branches bore its majesty
The seasons forged its memory
And still its shade graces them all
-
Wasn’t long before tree sensed the air
A flavor it seemed to recall
An echo from long distant fall
When springtime and summer lacked care
-
What is it which brings you back here
Are thoughts which the tree would soon bear
What forgotten past did we share
What once lost will now reappear
-
Was it shade from sun and the rain
Or mask when a strong wind was near
Or did my bough hide away tear
Can a flower make feelings plain
-
So the time past more than a few
Breeze carried tree’s song of refrain
Blossoms of smiles all it would gain
But secret hid only night knew
-
For ever brought on this display
Which flower and tree wandered through
This moment I once shared near you
Was all that the flower could say

To go with this story/poem I have selected BrunuhVille "Broken Bonds"

And

The 'Golden Arches' of fast food chain McDonalds is more recognized worldwide than the religious cross of Christianity. Someone wake up. Media has done a real good job selling us our less than favorable side. The sad fact is: bad news sells. As the media paints a picture we are willing to pay for, we begin to believe the "whole world" is as bad as the headlines. I have been fortunate to be surrounded by the better side of people. I was happy to run upon this video. I was even happier and proud that it was going viral. It paints a different picture than we first expect. Roman Atwood and company wanted to find out how honest people really are. Roland even pushed the question by laying the challenge toward society's outcast.
Get ready to be reassured: "Blowing Cash Prank!! - HONESTY TEST"
(In another video Roland states that all of the victims tried to give the money back.)

"Listen" to "Pregnant Turkey"

From the lyrical whispers of love to the wild waves of laughter

Let this edition be our path to an answer

Listen (poem)

Listen
Listen
-
Every word
Lips conferred
Though mind blurred
Something stirred
Listen
Listen
-
Feelings flow
Letting go
Heart aglow
Trust bestow
Listen
Listen
-
Listen as the waves caress the shore
Whispers’ music flowering the sky
Breaths of summer waiting a reply
Will this ever happen anymore
-
In her eyes
Are the whys
Locked in sighs
Passion’s prize
Listen
Listen
-
Closer still
Hopes fulfill
Sparks a thrill
Wishes fill
Listen
Listen
-
Listen to the winds which flush the vales
Time which sings of moments yet begun
Dreams from which a love like this is spun
All the Joy this paradise entails
-
Listen as the sunset’s glories sore
Melodies of stardust all around
All that matters centers on a sound
Will this ever happen anymore
-
Every word
Heartbeats heard
Soul incurred
Always stirred
Listen
Listen

To go with this lyrical poem: "Love My Soul" by Agron

Now

The average life of a taste bud is 10 days. But that doesn't help explain this (now) viral video. This hilarious video was originally posted on YouTube last year (11/28/2013), where it went right to sleep, Today, someone found it and it went wildly viral, with over 1.1 million hits! Mom asked her daughter to scoop all the stuffing out of the turkey for their Thanksgiving dinner, but included a surprise. The girl was shocked to see that there was a tiny turkey inside of the turkey. A pregnant turkey! It was probably just a small chicken, but the daughter's reaction... well, see for yourself.
With as funny as this video is, why didn't it go viral before today? A riddle for someone else. Just be thankful it was found so we can enjoy, "Thanksgiving Prank - pregnant turkey".

Angel At My Door to Batman vs Darth Vader

A fairytale to an epic battle, all inside the mind of the dreamer

Let this edition help to bring the dreamer to life

Angel At My Door (poem)

Was past my time when knocking came to door
Suspicious fear drew visions in my soul
If I stood still perhaps the sting might pass
There’s other havens harboring the night
-
Was then my heart was captured by a sound
A lady’s cries were reaching out for me
It sounded like a friend of long ago
And so I thought I’d give my fate a chance
-
So beautiful this angel of my eyes
So sad to see the pool of sorrow’s tears
Forgetting all I asked her to come in
And gave her all the comfort of my ear
-
She told me of the children she had lost
Each one of them a treasure to a heart
Delight it was to watch them romp and play
Till darkness came and took them all away
-
She tried and cried at oh so many doors
But found no friends who cared to spare a pain
Or face a sadness echoed in the wind
I marveled in her true imaginings
-
A stranger me said I will help you out
Together we will bring your children back
And as I grabbed my coat from off the door
I saw how gorgeous were the fairy’s wings

Straight from Poland here's Trzeci Wymiar giving us his instrumental mix of Scorpions; "Send Me An Angel"

Plus

The shortest war in history was between Zanzibar and England in 1896. Zanzibar surrendered after 38 minutes. Which brings us to "Batman vs Darth Vader in a viral video brought to us by Machinima Prime, "the home of the very best in episodic series". It's fun to imagine our favorite superheroes, or villains, matched up in a duel with characters they wouldn't normally come across in their own universes. In this epic well produced episode, Directed by Aaron Schoenke, Batman travels to the Death Star to rescue Superman from the evil clutches of Darth Vader. But there is a major twist. Who will win? The final outcome will be voted on by Machinima Prime fans.
So dream on - "BATMAN vs DARTH VADER - Super Power Beat Down"

The Call to Grandmas Smoking Weed for the First Time

A phone call to take your mind on a flight jut like these grannies' minds

Is there something here to be learned or just a peek at an interest or three

The Call (poem)

Hello
Just called you up to check how you’re doin’
Yes it is me
I’m doin’ fine
I miss you too
-
Hello
Hello
They’re all doin’ fine
Brenda landed a new job
Jimmy has a girlfriend
Michelle discovered makeup
Me
I’m dealing with it
-
Hello
Hello
Hello
Yes I heard
That’s why I’m callin’
How are you holdin’ up
I’m sorry I just found out
I should have called more often
How are the kids takin’ it
I know I know It must be so confusing
But why didn’t you call me when this happened
I know I know
Listen
I’ll catch the next plane there
I should be there by tomorrow
-
Hello
Hello
Hello
Hello
Is anyone there

As a musical transition here is Free Realms' version of Lady Gaga's " Telephone"

Now

Maybe not such a useless fact: recent studies indicate that women are more prone to turn to shopping when they are sad. On the other hand, the same studies indicate that men a more prone to impulse shopping. Blah blah blah... What you really want to see is grandmas on pot. I'll try to keep this brief (but you read fast). In the state of Washington, where this was shot, recreational use of marijuana is legal. Cut Video found three grandmas who had never smoked pot and gave them an opportunity to try it for the first time. What happened from there is interesting and funny and led to a viral video whose popularity is not waning.
Okay, okay here's "Grandmas Smoking Weed for the First Time"

Dare To Dance to Ken Block's Gymkana 7 Wild in the Streets of Los Angeles

To me, dancing is just another word for living

So this edition encourages us to live our lives to the fullest

Dare To Dance (poem)

Come dare to dance with me
And we will dare the sea
Such dreams which we will free
To show what dreams might be
-
Such flare we’ll show to stars
There shine no flare as ours
What poor men’s shine now scars
We’ll raise the poor men’s bars
-
And then we’ll raise their dreams
To when they then see gleams
To float high when world schemes
Their hope to float on streams
-
And those that hope for night
Our song sets those aright
For love our song brings light
And pairs in love take fight
-
They’ll search for pairs around
Like us whose search is sound
Few hearts like us abound
Who dance while hearts resound

What better song reflects this theme? (Send me a comment.) For now, I've selected Bryan Ferry "Don't Stop The Dance"

We're no finished yet

Good and bad news: on average people fear spiders more than they do death, so why not live to the fullest? In this some what long (sorry about that) viral video, Ken Block, a professional rally driver with the Hoonigan Racing Division, goes impressively wild in the streets of Los Angeles. Block is marveling us in a custom built 845 hp all-wheel-drive 1965 Ford Mustang, dubbed the Hoonicorn. He is aided by L.A.’s police who provided the route for Block, as they cordoned off intersections and guided the driving ace. The goal however, was not to for Block to take the fastest route from point A to point B, but to instead fully exploit the question every car guy has asked himself, “What would you do if the police shut down the streets for you?”
Let's find out (and dance)- "[HOONIGAN] KEN BLOCK'S GYMKHANA SEVEN: WILD IN THE STREETS OF LOS ANGELES"

Late At Night to Black Friday - Movie Trailer

There are many unknown horrors in this world

Let's see if we can free but three with this edition - mais oui

Late At Night (poem)

It’s late at night a lonely path and him
This shadow seems to permeate the air
The darkest dreams are there within his whim
The realm of reason does not linger there
-
If there was hope it ran to yesterday
When there were signs of stars across the sky
And there existed feelings to betray
And breezes were not heard to say goodbye
-
How sweet and warm the dawn of spring can be
When flowers spark the birds to sing a song
And lovers shed a kiss amid their tree
It’s there a heartbeat and a soul belong
-
It’s late at night a lonely path and this
Another footstep joining his abyss

To blend with this maze of mind - Adrian von Ziegler's "Eternal Snow"

Are you ready

Anyone who believes 111,111,111 x 111,111,111 = 12,345,678,987,654,321. may also know that Black Friday the Movie Trailer may not be for an actual movie, bit just a viral video by Nacho Punch. But while we are on the subject, Black Friday is the Friday following Thanksgiving Day in the United State, often regarded as the beginning of the Christmas shopping season and the busiest shopping day. The name originated in Philadelphia, where it was used to describe the heavy and disruptive pedestrian and vehicle traffic which would occur on the day after Thanksgiving. Use of the term started sometime before 1961 and began to spread around 1975. For many years, it was common for retailers to open at 6:00 a.m., (along with offering "deals" to attract customer), but in the late 2000s many had crept to 5:00 or even 4:00. This was taken to a new extreme in 2011, when several retailers opened at midnight for the first time. Now, if you have your ear to the news you know of the spread of the blackness.
Thus the horror/humor of Nacho Punch's "Black Friday - Movie Trailer"
