Another Yesterday to Little Boy Really Likes Frozen

Lovers recapture magic moments as another sweet moment is made

Take this edition and live, love, laugh and enjoy

Another Yesterday (poem)

A summer of another yesterday
Has let a special moment slip away
A fancy even time could not restrain
There are no chains to keep this gift at bay
-
Across the golden meadows it did skip
Sweet memories of lifetime it did sip
The air is scented by its Joyous reign
As veils of endless wonder it did grip
-
Come closer as the magic of it nears
As all the warmth of summers reappears
Don’t ask our hearts for reasons to explain
Just follow feelings built throughout our years
-
And ever will that moment here remain
As kisses cast the way of its refrain

To go with this "Sonnet of a Different Kind": Lalah Hathaway "That Was Then"

During the day, if someone sings a song around you there is a 90% chance you will find yourself singing it sometime during that day. Useless and questionable. What is not so questionable is, Idina Menzel's BIG hit "Let It Go" (from Disney's "Frozen") is everywhere. Observers have noticed its popularity seems to increase the younger the audience. Joe Bereta, a sketch comedian and Youtuber, was fortunate to capture on video the cute effect "Let It Go" has on one toddler. The mere sound of the song sets this fabulous young boy in motion. Not only is he cute, considering how old he is, he is amazingly good.
Thank you Joe for sending us this precious memory; "Little Boy Really Likes FROZEN"

The Heroes We Knew to Lionel Messi's Insane Touch

Whether in battles or daily lives, our heroes inspire us

And though at times it seem they have passed, their spirit lives on

The Heroes We Knew (poem)

The lonely and lost my children don’t weep
The dreams which once were have not passed away
The heroes we knew have just gone to sleep
-
Once we were all taught this promise to keep
To aid these our kin and never betray
The lonely and lost my children don’t weep
-
As blessings were spread such joy did we reap
And when we have met the task of the day
The heroes we knew have just gone to sleep
-
With time and its flow misfortune does creep
There’s others who’ll help the people now say
The lonely and lost my children don’t weep
-
With dreams in their minds the masses now steep
Waiting for something to ignite the way
The heroes we knew have just gone to sleep
-
Till action arrives intentions they’ll heap
And cause upon cause will cause them to stray
The lonely and lost my children don’t weep
The heroes we knew have just gone to sleep

To go with this villanelle I've chosen Johnny Horton's "When Johnny Comes Marching Home" sung by Steve Vaus

To

Emus and kangaroos cannot walk backward and it is for this reason they are on the Australian coat of arms. Lionel Messi, the Argentinian soccer sensation can walk backward, but that's not why he was a guest on a Japanese TV show recently. Lionel AndrĂ©s "Leo" Messi Cuccittini was born on June 24, 1987 in Rosario, Santa Fe, Argentina. He plays as a forward for Spanish club FC Barcelona and is the captain for the Argentina National team. Lionel is ranked as the best soccer player in the world by some and some even hold him as the best player of all time. A Japanese TV show challenged Lionel to prove his skill by asking him to kick a soccer ball 18 meters in the air (approximately 59 feet). Basically, that is a six-story building. "That is absolutely insane and nearly impossible"' one of the announcers was heard to say (by a press translator).
Insane, yet our hero goes waaayy beyond: "Lionel Messi Insane Touch on Japanese TV Program ● 'Lifting High 18m'"

Wind Whisper to Gazillion Bubble Show

What is it in a lover's wind that has fired an imagination

Maybe if we captured it an answer will be revealed

Wind Whisper (poem)

The wind returns returns a whispered wish
My heart now burns it yearns a lovers’ gift
In dreams it churns and learns to sweetly drift
And no concerns or spurns can cause a swish
-
Soft wind recall recall a whispered hope
My soul and all enthrall for one of these
To put a stall to squall perhaps to ease
This mindless sprawl which fall on this to cope
-
The sun and stars and moon all seem to stall
For moment which a dream and whisper yearn
Event once more returning for its call
Confounding hidden longings which now burn
-
Sweet wind return return to whisper this
My lips now yearn they burn for lover’s kiss

What could be better; Airflow "Whispering Wind"

Charlie Chaplin, the famous silent movie star, once won third prize in a Charlie Chaplin look-alike contest. Who? What? Don't worry about it. Now Ana Yang, here is different story. Ana and her husband, Fan, were originally from Vietnam, but now reside in Canada. For over 20 years, she has amazed audiences around the world by stretching laws of physics and imagination. Ana mixes art with science to create bubbles of every imaginable size, shape and hue. Ana has 3 children, Jano, Deni and Melody, all grown and in the bubble show business. Ana and her husband hold several Guinness world bubble records. The Yang family's performance is in such high demand that the family is forced to separate to bring their magic to the growing fans. What does Ana use to make her bubbles?
For now enjoy the magic: "Ana Yang Gazillion Bubble Show"

My Pole Dancer to

I'm sure my petrol cap was on this side

It's been some time since we were haunted by those crazy limericks

I’ll Never Forget Her Name (limerick)

My whole world just wasn’t the same
When to my life this beauty came
In love I was thrown
With wonder unknown
And Leave Me Alone was her name

My Pole Dancer (limerick)

This Pole Dancer she was with me
All other men must pay her fee
Still I must confess
My family’s stress
But Polish dance lessons aren’t free

Sex Almost Every Day (limerick)

When asked when some sex came my way
Almost every day I would say
But my dreams of lust
Would oft turn to dust
When almosts would just drift away

To top off this edition here's Seal "Crazy"

Plus

Because metal was scarce, the Oscars given out during World War II were made of wood. Interesting, but useless fact.
As a special treat for visiting Poetry and Viral Videos, I will share with what sets my limericks apart. Most limericks have 5 rhymes in 5 lines. Lines 1, 2 and 5 rhyme with each other and lines 3 and 4 rhyme. But I get 6 rhymes with 5 lines. If you follow the beats of lines 3 and 4 of my limericks, you will discover on line 5 a hidden rhyme. Take the limerick "Sex Almost Every Day (limerick)", "lust" and "dust", in lines 3 and 4, rhymes with "just", in line 5.
In the video, the gas station attendant was having an unusually bad day.
Then this happened; "I'm sure my petrol cap was on this side"

By The Mirror to Just for Laughs Thug

A person's reflection to a scene that could have gone better

One is a deep search, one is a timely laugh, as we stand by a mirror

By The Mirror (poem)

Find me by the mirror waiting
One more dance
One more chance
-
One more moment recreating
Yesterdays
Went their ways
-
Still I’m hoping she will find me
Silent now and lost completely
Ever dreaming I’ll be set free
One more dance perhaps then maybe
-
In the mirror now I’m searching
How could he
Let her flee
-
Imagination started working
Shadows fall
After all
-
Still reflecting tears I let by
Questions were asked I would deny
Now I’m alone wondering why
One more chance please life let me try
-
By the mirror mind debating
Feeling low
Should I go
-
Was it just my heart creating
dawning blur
Was it her

Perhaps not the best song for this, but it came to me: Richard Marx "Right Here Waiting"

Are we ready

The microwave was invented after a researcher walked by a radar tube and a chocolate bar melted in his pocket. Now, if you believe that, true or not, I was once a handsome bartender in Canada (not true). This real attractive young lady sits down and starts making eye at this guy... these guys. Just For Laughs (a Canadian comedy show) is at it again. This viral video is making a big resurgence out of Australia, thanks to Thugify. This attractive young lady's reputation is really getting around or else she wouldn't have attracted the attention of Thugify and over 700 thousand (so far) viewers. Or was it like experience,,, "must give us pause".
This is a comedy sketch by Just For Laughs, but if you get some satisfaction with your laugh... "Just for Laughs Thug - Thug Life"

Katherine’s Moments to Raiders of the Lost Bark

A lover's invitation to a magic moment

One for lovers, one for pet lovers

Katherine’s Moments (poem)

Katherine come journey with me
Don’t close your eyes to moments to be
Moments which wait a lifetime to free
-
Can’t you feel it ticking
Moments on the pages
Of a book unfinished
Whispering its secrets
To a heart left longing
For a tune to follow
-
Katherine come journey with me
Don’t close the door to moments to be
Moments which wait a starlight to see
-
Still they are repeating
Moments dreams surrender
To forgotten slumbers
Wishes cast in sunsets
Drifting in an ocean
Reasons left behind
-
Katherine come journey with me
Don’t turn away from moments to be
Moments which wait a fond memory
-
What veils keep disguising
Moments once so hoped for
By that endless fountain
Of refreshing waters
The myriad of seasons
All reflecting you
-
Moments which wait for your destiny

Let's top this off with Vargo "The Moment"

Plus

The electric chair, used in executions, was invented by a dentist. Does that make one wonder? Okay, okay... have you ever wondered what your pet is doing when you step out for a moment? Well, Zach King (of FinalCutKing) did and with the help of 3 rolls of duct tape, 108 glue sticks, 18 large boxes of cardboard and a little paint created a clue into a moment. Now, this may not be exactly what once occurred when Zach stepped out, but it does give some insight into the airplane in the backyard. Airplane in the backyard!
Maybe we should take a moment to enjoy "Indiana Bones - Raiders of the Lost Bark"

Moments Made to Dad gets daughter an actual Frozen Doll

Moments of love, moments of laughter, moments of treasure forever

Make those moments a gift of life

Moments Made (poem)

They met amid the splendor of a past
A dream perhaps or maybe so much more
A scent of something they had lost before
From here the timeless seemed to go too fast
-
Within their eyes were passions which they wore
From fantasies the couple wandered past
The moments made in magic kisses cast
The moments made for ever to restore
-
But now a dream which dances in the mist
The moments made is now stage left bare
-
In minds of many lovers are dismissed
As moments life begins to slowly wear
-
They met in dream which ever will persist
The moments made when jasmine scents the air

Great video and song to go with this: Eugen Doga "The Scent of Love"

To

Most catfish have over 27,000 taste buds. Quite a gift for a bottom feeder. As far as our taste buds, let me wet them for a video now going wildly viral with a personal true story. One year, my family had a real good financial year. Together with our usual big Christmas soiree, my wife and I decided to have some fun with our son Peter. Peter was 10 at the time. He and his sister, Robin, woke up to find there were more than normal mounds of gifts under the tree. After all the gifts were opened, Peter sat in the middle of a "toy store" of great presents with a very sad look on his face. Peter was very polite, so when questioned what was wrong, he said, "nothing." He was hoping for a gift that wasn't there. I asked Peter to turn on the television, so we could watch a little TV while he and his sister put away some of their toys and our guests arrived. And there it was! The one gift Peter was hoping for... an Xbox. It was in clear view and all set up. Peter had completely overlooked it, expecting to find it in a wrapped gift. A great moment.
With that gift told, here's another dad having some fun (and making a moment) with his daughter: "Dad gets daughter an actual Frozen Doll for Christmas part 1"
