A Dream Was All to Police DashCam Confessional

A warm whisper of a searching soul

Does it run through others. Is it the Joy of mornings found. The smiles we share.

A Dream Was All (poem)

To search the world this wonder was resigned
To find the meaning of another day
To find his something hidden far away
To end imagined feeling of dismay
And to this cause he let his passions stray
A dream was all this lover left behind
-
And so he searched the earth both far and wide
Unsure what hidden secrets would unwind
Uncertainty would be his constant guide
To find a treasure reason’s words defied
For this his quest he brushed all else aside
A dream was all this lover left behind
-
And then he turned his search into his soul
Perhaps tis there the spring to make him whole
Some hidden mystic memory confined
In time sublime such silence would he stroll
The ways of stars were paths he would console
A dream was all this lover left behind
-
As wonder wandered puzzle still remained
His heart yearned solace searches had all drained
As toward tomorrows through his tears he strained
He caught a light a cloud had left behind
A gentle smile which hope and faith maintained
A dream was all this lover left behind
-
Now sunsets blesses end to fantasy
In every search together they will be
He found the meaning of reality
And when she asks what brought you back me
He turns to her and to her heart confined
A dream was all this lover left behind

To compliment this verse: Nouvelle Vedette Featuring Fleur Sanderson "Dreaming"

Someone paid $14,000 for the bra worn by Marilyn Monroe in the film "Some Like It Hot". No, it wasn't this police officer of Dover, Delaware. This is Captain Jeff Davis cruising in his police vehicle. His actions (or groove) was caught on his department's dashcam. To give the public a more "human" side of the people who serve and protect, the Dover Police Department posted their video on YouTube and were pleasantly surprised when it got over 84,000 visitors in its first 24 hours. Officer Davis blames his daughter, a big Taylor Swift fan, for knowing the words of “Shake It Off” so well. The department does want the public to know: the video took place while Officer Davis was patrolling a secluded parking lot. The popularity of this video is now running wild, whether it is the popularity of Taylor Swift or the charm of Officer Jeff Davis.
Now crossing 4 million views here's "Dover Police DashCam Confessional (Shake it Off)"

The Verge to The World’s Largest Treadmill Dance

This edition brings dancers and dances together

One is a moment for lover, the other for people to unite, but all for enjoyment

The Verge (poem)

The stillness of the moonlight’s soothing trance
And in the distance flowed their special tune
Was there the lovers had their final dance
-
Who knew the depth of this couple’s romance
Each moment kissed with fantasies there strewn
The stillness of the moonlight’s soothing trance
-
In dreams of hearts their passion would enhance
When every breath was scent for souls attune
Was there the lovers had their final dance
-
Was in this verge an always touched a glance
And to this wonder all began to swoon
The stillness of the moonlight’s soothing trance
-
Through this confusion real was happenstance
And all gave way to shadows in typhoon
Was there the lovers had their final dance
-
So when forever’s lovers meet this chance
Upon the verge of midnight’s afternoon
The stillness of the moonlight’s soothing trance
Was there the lovers had their final dance

Join me and let our minds dance: Armik "Midnight Bolero"

Encore

The average person spends 6 months of their life sitting at red lights. (No, this useless fact has nothing to do with sex.) It doesn't have anything to do with NordicTrack's new treadmill either.  NordicTrack is hoping this highly energetic, well synchronized and very entertaining promo will get us off our couches to the nearest phone and order their newest high tech NordicTrack Incline Trainers treadmill. I'm not sure how successful they will be, but this is certain. 40 is the largest number of treadmills assembled for a dance routine. The ad is very enjoyable. The video has gone viral and is still going strong. The shear entertainment thrill of NordicTrack's video may be one of the factors keeping its potential customers on the couch...
To watch the ad one more time: "World’s Largest Treadmill Dance With Over 40 Treadmills!"

Here Was The Moment to

How To Make A Brad Pitt Film

From imagined moment to moments of imagination (with a little help from Brad Pitt)

Here Was The Moment (poem)

Here was the moment which he never knew
The dreams and lavish wishes had come true
The promises of morning came in view
The shackles which had bound him now were through
-
His dance of freedom was the day’s delight
Such wonders could his fingertips ignite
What once were thoughts would dazzle people’s sight
Did ever ever share a star so bright
-
His hands held kindness others wished they knew
Forgotten were the things he would ignite
To be like him was lofty dreamers’ sight
The world had changed before his day was through
-
A simple soul this pleasure and delight
Who for his time could make mere dreams come true
He shared with other secret of his view
So for all time his spirit would stay bright
-
But doubt and fear made all this sleeping through
And comfort’s shackles waited for his view
There in his mirror was reflection true
Here was the moment which he never knew

To run along this thought: Silhouettes "Of Monsters And Men"

Now

According to Business Insider, about 65 people become millionaires every day. (But, one has to wonder why this is a useless fact.) Still, to get us "hopeful film makers" a little closer to our first million I have enlisted the help of that Great Movie Star Brad Pitt.  Well actually, I didn't get Brad Pitt, Bobby Burn a YouTuber of Cinema Sins did. In fact Bobby didn't get Brad Pitt either. He just threw a lot of Brad Pitt clips together and did a lot of talking. Actually, I doubt Brad Pitt has even seen this video. I was going to tell you a few interesting things about Brad Pitt, but unfortunately I have gone on too long, down the wrong road. I do hope this video helps.
What were we talking about? Oh yes, that first million... "How To Make A BRAD PITT Film In 4 Minutes Or Less"
(Yes, I did use the name Brad Pitt a lot. Maybe this will give us a few more hits. hee-hee)

Stay The Road to The National Anthem of STRAYA

There is a wind running through the mind, running through reality

In this edition we set it against STRAYA

Stay The Road (poem)

What was there in the wind
Which wrestles with what was
Some song returning long ago
Just over a nearby hill
-
Stay the road to tomorrow
Stay the road so familiar
Stay the road of our fathers
Stay the road like the others
-
Yet yonder yearns the wind
Yielding youthful yesterdays
Another childish memory
Hiding somewhere past the hill
-
Stay the road of promises
Stay the road with helping hands
Stay the road to every plan
Stay the road so many paved
-
Still sweetly sings the wind
Serenade sent soothing searching soul
To stray away for a time
And join the secret beyond hill
-
So he left the road he traveled
To follow fancies flowing in the wind
And world of wonders waiting over hill
A life he never really knew
-
Still as the sunset sank upon a man
Still splendors set surprises all around
Still another wind another hill
Still he sits to sing a seasoned song
-
Stay the road

To go with this piece a tone of calmness: Grieg "Lonely Wanderer"

Plus

Bruce Lee was so fast that they actually had to slow film down while shooting so one could see his moves. This is according to Bruce Lee himself. In addition to this, The Guardian news tells us, "The super staid 'Advance Australia Fair' has always struggled to connect with the larrikin and energetic nation it is meant to represent" (Australia). According to The Guardian, the nation has reluctantly stuck with its national anthem as it causes no small embarrassment each time the Wallabies face off and muddle their way through the song’s high notes. In answer to the nation's dilemma comes Melbourne producer Terry Mann.
Terry Mann's offering may be a bit "cheeky" but it does capture a bit of Australia. "National Anthem of STRAYA (to the tune of Hey Ya)"
(I like "Waltzing Matilda" better)

The Cleaning Man to Sesame Street: Oscar sings with Macklemore

Do Not Judge What Makes A Person

Awesomeness can be found where it is least expected

The Cleaning Man (poem)

Another day had ended at my work
A brief repose from my monotony
An endless trail of life not meant to be
Perhaps fine dining may give life a perk
-
Was here I stumbled on a cleaning man
All night he labored clearing other’s mess
That morning glow would day before suppress
And he repeated deeds as night began
-
Yet he took so much pride in what he did
Each speck of dust he wipe most carefully
All chrome and glass was brought to clarity
And every flaw this man’s perfection hid
-
His dignity and style just drove me wild
How could his best face other’s mess each day
I asked and stood at center of display
The cleaning man then walked away and smiled

This sonnet was put together after hearing this song: Vargo "Warriors" featuring Dan Millman

To

All of the clocks in the movie "Pulp Fiction" are stuck at 4:20, but not at Sesame Street. Even if we have never watched Sesame Street, the name Oscar the Grouch has crossed our path. Oscar is a Muppet puppet who lives in a trash can. A running theme is his compulsive hoarding of seemingly useless items. Well, Oscar got a treat when Macklemore paid him a visit. Macklemore (Ben Haggerty) is an award winning rapper (as opposed to wrapper). At the 56th Annual Grammy Awards Macklemore won four awards; Best New Artist, Best Rap Album (The Heist), Best Rap Song, and Best Rap Performance ("Thrift Shop"). As it turns out, in life's weird twists, Macklemore and Oscar share something in common. In a parody of "Thrift Shop" Macklemore and the Grouches of Sesame Street are looking for the yuckiest, muckiest, grimiest trash to find they have a viral video on their hands.
See what newscasters are still talking about. "Sesame Street: Oscar ft. Macklemore"

The Cold Winter to Why chihuahuas don't run on the snow

Within the cold of winter there may be some reminders

Some may be dark and foreboding - some may be unexpected

The Cold Winter (poem)

I can’t recall a winter quite so cold
Or silence which was buried by the snow
My memory of things is hard to hold
The flame which offered warmth has lost its glow
-
The wind has taken summer far away
The flowers from those moments all have died
The window to my future frozen gray
The exit for some reason was denied
-
The sun which kissed spring’s morning wanders past
In search of fragrance dancing mid the air
A special time which ever meant to last
And when it wakes again will it be there
-
I can’t recall when winter bore such frost
Than when eyes opened to a world I lost

You were probably expecting "that classical song by Vivaldi": Antonio Vivaldi "The Four Seasons, Winter - I. Allegro non molto"

Don't blink

The name of the Taco Bell dog is Gidget, but this doesn't help to explain why chihuahuas have trouble in the snow. With snow covering most of this country and there being so many pooch lovers, it is small wonder this video has sprouted to once again go viral. Although it is rather short (so don't blink), this video, shot in Italy, teaches a very valuable lesson. It is important to note: No nonhuman animal was hurt in this scientific study.
So are you ready? Is your mouth clear of all substances? "Why chihuahuas don't run on the snow?"

The Secret In The Wind to Limbo time

A mystery whispered in a warm welcome wind

To a mystery of a laughter laden limbo lark

The Secret In The Wind (poem)

A wind so soft
Blew across a lovely field
Bearing with it a scent
An ember of a memory
Come with me Come with me
-
And every flower every tree
Shivered with excitement
Drifting there within the wind
Of a world which use to be
Come with me Come with me
-
The hope and glow
Which flowed in time to warm that day
Renewed the promise of youth
Which a kiss of a scent set free
Come with me Come with me
-
Here touched by thrills
Sweet moments passed
Such glory blessed the field
Such blossoms were reborn
Such unity was formed
-
Yet mid their Joy came dew
The sparkle of their light
The rainbow of these days
Scents now familiar
Bound for forever
-
So to the wind
They seasoned the scent with refrain
Which flows across other fields
Whispers once hoping to see
Come with me Come with me

To go with this verse enjoy: Secret Garden "Windancer"

There is a mysterious hole in Nova Scotia. Its excavation started in 1795, yet to this day what is at the bottom of the pit is still unknown. We do know Karl Johan is a humor talk show from Karl Johans Gate, in Noway, starring Erik Solbakken and Hasse Hope. The program is produced as a collaborative production between NRK (an abbreviation of the Norwegian: Norsk rikskringkasting AS, generally expressed in English as the Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation) and BBC1. Its first broadcast took off in August of 2012. As part of Karl Johan, Erick and Hasse get the aid of ordinary people as participants of the show's discussions and pranks. With the help of subtitles, the show has crossed the language barriers of Europe. In 2013 Karl Johan was nominated in Europe as one of the most innovative TV programs and won 2014 best comedy program for three years, at Gullruten ("Golden Screen").
The mystery is: Why did it take months for this video to go viral? "Karl Johan: Limbo time!"
