Unsaid to A Tribute to Mothers

So much of lovers goes beyond words

A daughter discovers a connection beyond words

Unsaid (Martin verse)

So many things remained unsaid
When to my arms a dream was shed
Soon all the world was her instead
As in her eyes tomorrow spread
-
There was the sun There was the light
The source of everything so right
Such fantasies could she ignite
That stardust learned to paint the night
-
Our days of wonder sight unsaid
The flow of time made minutes right
Another memory ignite
As promises of Joy were spread
-
Imagination was our light
A world so real we quickly shed
To form a realm of love instead
Which set us sailing toward that night
-
There was no form to magic spread
We spent our all on dreams instead
And when our final kiss was shed
So many things remained unsaid

To go go with this poem: Luther Vandross "Because It's Really Love"

Happy Mother's Day

Some say Mother's Day was first celebrated in 1908, when Anna Jarvis held a memorial for her mother in Grafton, West Virginia. Normally funny, Esther Anderson, in conjunction with Dayspring Inc., and her daughter Ella, has decided to go in different, more heart warming direction. In her new video she wants to add a special message to a Mother's Day card for her mother. She is at a lose for the right words. As her day progresses with Ella, she encounters a discovery.
Sit back, with your favorite warm beverage and something to wipe a warm tear from your eye, and enjoy; "A Tribute to Mothers (Dayspring, Inc. Ad)" .

The Quiet Promise to Putin's Speechless Speech

A silent promise whispers to a lover's heart

While silence is the key to the best speech not heard

The Quiet Promise (villanelle)

Familiar the voice which then called to me
And calmed me back that dark and lonely night
Across the quiet promise of the sea
-
The day was done my soul sought harmony
Sweet rest the goal that now I had in sight
Familiar the voice which then called to me
-
I waited for my dreams to set me free
And once again to bless me with their flight
Across the quiet promise of the sea
-
When far away tide sparked my memory
This now distant star which was my delight
Familiar the voice which then called to me
-
My tears sought reasons to this destiny
That my love should wait now far out of sight
Across the quiet promise of the sea
-
I then closed my eyes to all that must be
A stranger was there whose arms held me tight
Familiar the voice which then called to me
Across the quiet promise of the sea

To add some depth to this, I came across this video: Ryan Farish "Walk With You"

Sound familiar

According to Guinness World Records, the longest speech ever made was one by Chief Mangosuthu Buthelezi, the Zulu leader, when he gave an address to the KwaZulu legislative assembly between 12 and 29 of March 1993. He spoke on 11 of the 18 days, averaging nearly 2½ hours on each day. Mario Wienerroither, a YouTuber and a parody master, has put together the best political speech ever heard (or not heard). Here is a speech that not a single can argue with. What is even more remarkable is the fellow giving the speech, one Wladimir Putin, president of Russia. What I found interest was the audience. Look familiar?
Are you laughing or wishing? "Speechless Speech / WLADIMIR PUTIN"

Moments to Cat Lady Dance

From a lover's song of delight

To a cat lady's crazy dance of laughs

Moments (lyrical poem)

Come my dear I’ll hold you tight
As we drift into the night
Wondrous dreams we will ignite
Mid the stars and pale moonlight
-
Every kiss unlocks a door
Whispered wish say go explore
Hearts on fire wish for more
Promises we can’t ignore
-
This moment is for you and me
This moment is our memory
This moment to share
How much we care
For moments for lovers like we
-
Come my dear let’s fly away
Till we find where delights stay
Reasons we will set astray
Promises were heard to say
-
This moment is for you and me
This moment to set feeling free
This moment so dear
To hold you near
As moments should forever be
-
Every kiss touches divine
As our hopes start to entwine
And to this all must resign
Promises time did enshrine
-
This moment is for you and me
This moment to trust happily
This moment to view
As lovers do
These moments in eternity

I bet you knew this song was coming: Climax featuring Sonny Geraci "Precious And Few"

Let the craziness begin

It has lately come to light (yet to be thoroughly studied) that cats meow mainly for humans (Fox News). This should make Amymarie Gaertner (Amy for short) real happy. Amy is a crazy cat lady and "crazy" is an understatement. Scott Winn and Derek Pueblo, of ScottDW, wanted to know what might happen when you mix a cat lady with a milk man (one Cyrus “Glitch” Spencer). The answer: a monumental moment, a delightful dance, a wondrous world, a chorus of cats and loads of laughter.
One more question everyone wants to know. How many cats are in this video? "Cat Lady Dance (Amymarie Gaertner & Glitch) - 4K"
(ScottDW wants everyone to know - No animals were harmed in the making of this film.)

Theater Of Dreams to Justin Timberlake's: No Limes Needed

The Theater of Dreams was grand but time has come to close

Follow the rise and fall of the lime - Justin Timberlake

Theater Of Dreams (free form poem)

It was late into the evening
I am closing the last door
Drifting in once more
-
Now that my friends are gone
Leaving me alone with the Joy and the tears
The echoes of the music
Which filled hall
Whose glorious walls
Where famed by all
-
Oh the time
Oh the thrills
Oh the magic
The constant cascade
Of moments we made
Gone one by one
Joining the starlight of dreamers
-
And there was her
If my life was not blessed enough
There was her
Behind every creation I conjured up
There was her
The reason for heartbeats
Each Joyous repeat
As problems retreat
Was her
Was her
Was her
-
But it was closing time now
It is late into the evening
I am closing the last door
Drifting in once more
A glorious before
Each precious instant
Cast into the memories of moon filled nights
-
And there she was
A specter in a shadow of a moment
As beautiful as I can remember
Forever my soul bears her ember
-
And as I lock the final door
To this palace of past
This theater of dreams
Were real once met it seems
She offers me her hand
Whispering let’s do it over again
As I reached out and cried

(To all my faithful supporters, you may have noticed that I capitalize "Joy" in all of my poetry. Joy was Arlene' middle name.)

When I think of ballrooms this song comes to mind: Glenn Miller "Moonlight Serenade"

A touch of lime with that

Limes make their way into innumerable foods and beverages as a flavoring agent, and lime essential oils are used in the formulation of many household products. As impressive as that is, there was a time when limes where were so much more. Here, to share with us the rise and fall of the lime, is Rick "Sour" Vane, who looks a lot like Justin Timberlake. Looks a lot like, because he/it is. Justin is promoting his new line of tequila, Sauza 901. What is unusual about this viral video, besides getting use to JT in that costume, for some reason it didn't wildly take off until 2 days after it was posted on YouTube.
I guess people had trouble believing it was really Justin Timberlake. "Justin Timberlake's Sauza® 901®: No Limes Needed"

Cast A Moment Again to Arnold Acts Out His Films In 6 Minutes

Time is calling him return

No not him - Well I guess it's worth the laugh

Cast A Moment Again (free form poem)

Cast a moment breathing once again
From the glories limitless and free
Fed by rivers yearning for a home
And some purpose searching for a rest
-
Gone are the rains which brought on a sleep
And washed familiar streets of a past
Which knew a person no longer seen
Silent are echoes which whispered a name
-
Come out
Come back
-
We call you
We miss you
We need you
-
Comes new morning with the sun
Changing restlessness to hope
A heart to beat once more
Searching out ways left undone
-
Cast again for a moment renewed
Breathing purpose for journeys begun
Crossing the streets now and the past
Discovering truth behind a name

Before we take a giant step backward, here's: Goya "Mój"

Here we go

If too many pistachios are shipped in a single container, they will self-heat and experience spontaneous combustion. I doubt that Arnold Schwarzenegger ever knew this and many will agree that Arnold knew nothing about acting either. Yet we all rushed out to see his movies. Why? To help grasp some sense into this endless mystery, James Corden, host of "The Late Late Show" and Arnold put together this 6 minute reminder.
As you watch, let's be painfully honest, how many of these movies have you seen? "Arnold Acts Out His Films In 6 Minutes"

Annabel to If Waiters Were Honest

Love can be a painful and strange animal

But I wouldn't call my waiter that until I was outside the doors of the restaurant

Annabel (Shakespearean sonnet)

This house this shelter of a young man’s Joy
Its walls are now the echoes of his tears
A letter was the source of all his fears
For every ray of light it did destroy
-
Oh Annabel the streets resound her name
How could you leave me in such agony
For now tomorrow is so hard to see
As loneliness and shadows fill lost flame
-
He promises his love will linger on
For he will be a beacon of their love
It truly was a gift from up above
He’ll show the world that true love is not gone
-
But now for this his life he must postpone
For now Pauline is calling on the phone

This song was probably playing before Pauline called: The Everly Brothers "Love Hurts"

Honesty could hurt or may be funny

Few know that before the red hot actress Gwyneth Paltrow hit the red carpet, she worked as a restaurant waitress. What she shares about her customers like David Byrne, Rupert Everett, Parker Posey, Madonna, Tobey Maguire, Barbra Streisand, John Travolta's wife and Paul McCartney would blow your mind.  BuzzFeed's waiters and waitresses are no Gwyneth Paltrow (yet), but they are about to share secrets from their side of the counter.
After you have finished laughing, how much of what BuzzFeed has served up is true? Will you ever see the people who wait on you the same? "If Waiters Were Honest"

Taken Away to Child Abduction (Social Experiment)

A mystery surrounding a man's euphoria

A sobering fact about child abduction

(Let your imagination free)

Taken Away (Shakespearean sonnet)

What possible purpose is reason to me
Whose heart by a dream was taken away
To fields fraught with passion where wishes play
And whispers of kisses set my soul free
-
No limits just skies of things I can do
The music of winds is at my command
The pathways to wonder now close at hand
Those things which made sense are no longer true
-
Forever and never become the same
Those thoughts running wild are hard to maintain
I turn to unknown to help me explain
What had brought me here it once had a name
-
And as the man sank and followed his song
She poured one more drink and whispered so long

(If you followed the advise, to let your imagination go, you should now be blown away with possibilities.)

Now, meet one more mysterious woman: Manuel de Falla "El Amor Brujo"

Something serious

Every 40 seconds in the United States, a child becomes missing or is abducted. According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, in 2014 466,949 children, under the age of 18, were reported (Reported!) missing. Hopefully, this will not be a useless fact. This is a big number and it is only for 1 year. How is this possible? Here is Joey Salads. With his social experiment Joey gives use some disturbing insight into child abduction. He went to a playground and spoke to parents asking them if their children would talk to him, a total stranger, and walk away with him. Each parent told him that their child would either ignore him or run back to them. According to Metro News, all children went through the "Stranger Danger" program.
Teachers and parents were shocked with the truth you about to see. "CHILD ABDUCTION (Social Experiment) - Child Abduction Prank"
